Sarah Paulson and her boyfriend Holland Taylor are two of Hollywood’s greatest personalities. But they have more in common than just a passion for acting. They started dating in 2015 and are still going strong. They are undeniably in love and fans can’t get enough.
Taylor just finished her off-Broadway gig and Paulson paid tribute to her longtime love.
“Tonight is the last night of @hollandtaylor’s concert. I’ve loved her for seven years, and today, as she prepares this show for landing, I love her even more. She is a true artist at heart. I love geniuses. That is absolutely correct.”
Paulson praised her boyfriend and said she was happy to share her life with Taylor, whose creativity she admired. She concluded her article by saying that she loved, appreciated and adored her woman-like partner.

The couple first met at a dinner party in 2005, although they were both dating other people at the time. While her husband was in a relationship, Paulson saw actress Cherry Jones. Despite being with other individuals, sparks seemed to fly between them. Paulson told The New York Times in 2016 that her companion was “the most absolutely gorgeous lady” she’d ever seen.
A decade later, the actresses crossed paths again, this time following and DMing each other on Twitter. During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in January 2019, the Ratched actress discussed how they met.
“It’s a complicated story.” We first met a long time ago. I was with someone else, and so was she. We sort of passed each other, started following each other on Twitter and then…” she said.
“Holland Taylor sneaked into DMs?” asked Billy Eichner, who was also a visitor. “She really did, yeah, it’s pretty awesome,” Paulson said.

Taylor revealed her connection to a lady younger than her in November 2015, though she did not reveal Paulson’s identity. A month later, the Two and a Half Men actor shared a selfie with Paulson, sparking suspicions. The couple did not disclose their relationship until March 2016, when she spoke about her sexuality in an interview with The New York Times.
Paulson admitted she was “completely in love” with Taylor, but she thought the attention and age difference in her relationship was weird.
“There’s something poignant about being with someone who’s older. I believe there is more respect for time, for what you have together and for what is essential, which may make the little things seem insignificant. “It throws a kind of bright light mixed with a kind of diffused light on things,” the actress said.
Despite seeing a woman, Paulson said she didn’t want to mention her sexuality because it would make her feel trapped, which she didn’t want to.
