Katie ‘Noel’ McGalliard was born in Asheville, North Carolina, USA, on October 25, 1999 – her zodiac sign is Scorpio and she is an American national. She is a YouTuber and a singerperhaps best known for her ‘katie noel’ YouTube channel which she launched on September 29, 2014, which currently has nearly 250,000 subscribers, and counts over 38 million views of all her videos combined.
Her first uploaded video was titled “Girl Slays Black Beetles Cover” while two of her most popular videos are “Katie Noel – Diesel Gang (OFFICIAL)” which made her popular on the internet and has since received over 9.3 million views was uploaded on May 16, 2018, and “Katie Noel – Blood Red (Official Music Video)”, which has over four million views as of August 23, 2019.
Youth and education
Katie was raised as an only child in Asheville by her father, who owns a small farm, and her mother, who works as a teacher at a local high school.
Katie became interested in singing at a very young age, and after her parents noticed her talent, they enrolled her in a local art school where she practiced her singing skills. In 2013, she enrolled in a high school, and became interested in acting, like most of her peers, she wanted to become a famous actress – Katie appeared in several school plays before deciding to focus solely on her singing career. On her matriculation exam in 2017, she chose not to enroll in college but to pursue her singing career.
Career as a singer
Katie has released two albums, debuting ‘Just Gonna Send It’ in 2018 with songs like ‘I’m On One’, ‘Scars’ and ‘Who I Am’. It took Katie about a year to prepare songs for this album, since before that she mainly concentrated on singing covers; a few other of the “Just Gonna Send It” songs that have gained some popularity include “Chop ‘Em”, “Betrayed”, and “Boondocks”. In late 2018, she added more of her songs titled “Love Me Life Rock and Roll”, “I Sing Better When I’m Drunk”, and “Good Enough”. Katie’s style is called country rap and is a somewhat unusual genre of music.
Her second album “Rap the South” came out in 2019, and some of the most popular songs on it were “Virginia Gang”, “White Lighting” and “Snow White” – the album consisted of only three songs, namely “Running on a Dream”, “Whistlin Dixie” and “660”. In addition to her two albums, Katie has released many singles, including “Hey Boy, Hey Girl”, her latest song, “Blood Red” and “Jeep Gang”. She is currently working on the release of her third album and has not yet revealed the title.
Katie is also a social media star – her Instagram account is followed by more than 260,000 people as she has uploaded more than 270 photos on it, and has launched another Instagram account for her dog Dixie.

Love life and relationships
Katie is very secretive about her love life, but it is known that until recently she was in a relationship with Ryan Upchurch, an American rapper who is perhaps best known for his songs “Hollerboys”, “Everlasting Country” and “Roots Run Deep” . The two were introduced by a mutual friend at a party and started working together before it became a relationship.
They dated from 2018 to early 2020 when Katie suddenly broke it off. However, Ryan explained it in a video uploaded to the reallilaizy.com website that the two slept in the same bed and in an attempt to pull Katie closer, he grabbed her breasts and inadvertently touched her between the legs, leading to their slit. Katie is very religious and doesn’t want to sleep with her boyfriend until they get married, so this was big enough for her to end the relationship.
Katie appears to be single at the moment, is not married and has no children.
Hobbies and other interests
Katie is a huge animal lover, as she grew up on a farm and her family had many dogs, while she currently cares for her own dog Dixie, and has become quite the internet sensation. She likes to shop for clothes and because she can rarely find something that suits her style, Katie has launched her own clothing line, Diesel Gang Apparel, which she sells on the internet. She loves to travel and has been to several US states to promote her singing career, while she has been to Europe once when she visited Paris in France.
She likes to read in her spare time while some of her other hobbies are working out in the gym, running and tasting different cuisines.
