Who is Lauren Parsekian?
Born on December 8, 1986 in Orange County, California, USA, Lauren Parsekian is an actress as well as a director, but possibly best known as the wife of actor Aaron Paul. Her husband is known for his work on the television series “Breaking Bad”, and received critical acclaim for his work as the character, Jesse Pinkman. In recent years he has been involved in projects such as “BoJack Horseman” and “Westworld”.
Lauren Parsekian’s net worth
As of mid 2020, Lauren Parsekian’s net worth is estimated to be over $8 million earned through a successful career in the entertainment industry. Although she is not that active as an actress, she has worked behind the scenes on several popular television and film projects.
She is also likely benefiting from her husband’s success as Aaron Paul’s net worth is estimated to be over $16 million, thanks to numerous high-value contracts during his career.
Early life and education
Lauren’s life as a child was relatively out of the limelight – she grew up with two siblings in California, where her father held a prominent position as a judge and eventually worked his way up to the Supreme Court. At a young age she envisioned a career as an actress, but she also became very interested in making films as a director.
This led her to attend Dana Hills High School, which is located in nearby Dana Point, one of the oldest high schools in the country, established before Orange County was established.
After graduating from college, she wanted to pursue her passion for film and enrolled at Pepperdine University where she pursued a related degree. Founded in the 1930s by George Pepperdine, the university is known for its various graduate programs and their partnership with several international schools in other countries.
Career Efforts
After graduation, one of her projects in the entertainment industry was working behind the scenes in the TV news magazine program “Additional”, which follows industry news and gossip, especially extensive celebrity coverage and celebrity events. She worked with Billy Bush, Renee Bargh and Jennifer Lahmers during this time.
In 2011 she ventured into her directorial debut while working on the documentary “Find kind”, which follows two friends traveling across the US discovering how women can get involved in negative interactions with other women. The film was made as part of a larger anti-bullying campaign she started called the Kind Campaign and was the subject of the documentary along with Molly Stroud. The film was screened in several schools in the US, leading to the atonement of several bullying incidents within these schools. The following year, she then worked on a collaboration special between “NCIS” and “Dr. Phil”, in which the character Agent DiNozzo played by Michael Weatherly appears on the “Dr. Phil” program.
Husband – Aaron Paul
Aaron Paul grew up in Emmett, Idaho, the youngest of four children, and is the son of a Baptist minister. At a young age, he pursued a career in the entertainment industry, and after graduating from Centennial High School, he moved to Los Angeles with about $6,000 in savings to enter the International Modeling and Talent Association contest. Although he didn’t win, he was successful runner-up and was offered a modeling contract soon after.
Some of his first appearances were in music videos, as he was seen starring in Everland’s “White Trash Beautiful” and Corn’s “Thoughtless”.

He also appeared in several commercials for products such as Corn Pops, Vanilla Coke and Juicy Fruit. One of his first film projects was in “Whatever It Takes”, a movie starring James Franco and Shane West. He also had small roles in movies such as “Mission: Impossible III”, “National Lampoon’s Van Wilder” and “Help! I’m a Fish”, and attracted some attention when he was cast in the series “Big Love”, which became broadcast on HBO. This role would help him land one of the biggest television roles of his career.
Breaking Bad Success and Other Projects – Aaron Paul
In 2008, Paul was cast as Jesse Pinkman in “Breaking Bad”.
He was initially planned to be a character only intended for the show’s first season, but writers opted for him to stay after seeing his chemistry with lead actor Bryan Cranston. He became one of the lead characters and his role on the show would lead him to international acclaim, winning a three-time Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama in five consecutive nominations. The show tells the story of a chemistry teacher who, after discovering he has lung cancer, teams up with a former student to produce crystal meth to help him earn money for his family before he dies.
Thinking about the show one of the biggest series of all time.
After the success of this role, he went on to work on other projects such as “Need for Speed” and “Smashed”. In 2013, he became one of the main voice cast members of “BoJack Horseman”, which aired on Netflix. This led to his entry into the world of voice acting, as he voiced for the animated film “Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV” while also working on other projects. One of his latest projects is become a regular cast member of the “Westworld” series, playing the character of Caleb Nichols.
Private life
Lauren met Aaron at the Coachella Festival, one of the most popular annual music festivals in the US. After being together for a few years, he proposed to her on a trip to Paris in 2012. They married the following year in a themed wedding modeled on Parisian carnivals in the 1920s, and attended by several celebrities. They have one child together and the family lives in Idaho. The two work together on Lauren’s anti-bullying organization and programs, for which her husband is responsible to increase more than $1.8 million for the cause.
