1 – Easily print QuickBooks checks on blank stock in 2023 is easier with this new product.
ezCheckPrinting software has a brand new upgrade that simplifies account management. The upgrade allows businesses to print checks from both Quick books And Accelerate— with no fixed limit on the number of accounts from which checks are printed. The company also gives users a “test drive” to see how the software works, as described on their website. ezCheckPrinting is compatible with earlier versions of QuickBooks and Quicken and starts at $49 to download the software. While the use of online banking and electronic payments has grown significantly in recent years, studies have shown that more than half of small businesses still print paper checks – a fact I see myself with customers. This product is one of the few that makes QuickBooks check printing an easier process. I haven’t personally tested it, so be sure to get references and rate others.
2 – This mobile app just got even more powerful for small businesses.
Marketing360 — an application that supports small business marketing efforts with everything from organizing inventory to sending automated text messages to customers — just added Tap to Pay, where payments can be received with a simple step. (Source: martech)

Included in the mobile app “is a new feature that makes it even easier for Marketing 360 users to effortlessly and securely accept payments wherever they are”, CMO Jerry Kelly said. Reportedly, Tap to Pay accepts credit and debit cards and other digital wallets.
3— Arena Online announces the launch of the UK’s first AI florist.
The flower business is thriving with technology like Arena Online BV – a UK-based company – has announced a new addition to its team. Daisy the AI bot is an official team member assigned to fulfillment tasks and customer support. Described as a “super-realistic, fully interactive avatar”, Daisy is designed to handle customer inquiries with advanced interactivity. Another example of an e-commerce company investing in AI technology to speed up processes, do more with fewer people, and provide a better customer experience. If you have an online store, you should check out Daisy and consider something similar.
4 – The cost of an email security attack can average over $1 million.
An alarming report from Barracuda Networks Inc. showed that three-quarters of respondents have been affected by at least one email attack that resulted in major damage in the past year. (Source: PRNewswire.com)

Not only do companies invest a lot of money in IT security, but these types of security breaches can cost a lot more… up to $1 million. The report also cited 1 in 4 organizations investing more in security. Across industries, it showed that financial institutions suffered the most loss of sensitive data, while healthcare institutions were most affected by recovery costs. Businesses continue to face the daily threat of email attacks because it “is a trusted and ubiquitous communication channel, making it an attractive target for cybercriminals,” said Don MacLennan, SVP, Email Protection at Barracuda.
5 – TikTok offers more ways to boost organic content with updated ‘Promote’ tools.
TikTok gives companies a boost with designed a function to increase the visibility and potential followers of their platform – more visits to the TikTok page, where users can in turn boost their endorsement of selected companies. First launched in Spring 2021, the tool is designed to complement video clips and website visits, while giving businesses the opportunity to target relevant audiences to further promote their brand.
