Who is Michael Strahan?
Michael Strahan was born on November 21, 1971, in Houston, Texas, the youngest of six children of Gene Willie Strahan, a former United States Army major, and his wife Louise, a basketball coach.
Michael is the cousin of ex-American football player Art Strahan, who played in a defensive position for the National Football League’s (NFL) Edmonton Oilers and the Atlanta Falcons. It is likely that Art inspired Michael to pursue a career in the game.
