In the game, players take control of three criminals who begin to work together in carrying out various heists, as an overarching story develops between them, the government, and other crime figures.
The highly anticipated game did not disappoint and became the fastest selling of its kind in history. Within its first three days, it earned over $1 billion and universal critical acclaim for its design, presentation, gameplay, and its continued development of the open-world genre.
