The next unscripted food series from Kitchen Commando, Studio Ramsay Global and Fox Alternative Entertainment is hosted by US Army Sergeant Sergeant and White House Chef Andre Rush. Throughout the episode, the chef visits various eateries and helps them get back into shape.

KITCHEN COMMANDO, from award-winning chef, restaurateur and broadcaster Gordon Ramsay and FOX Alternative Entertainment – creators of the smash hits “Next Level Chef” – will feature the former Chief Sergeant of the US Army and White House Chef , Chef Andre Rush, take on a new mission to rescue struggling restaurants and rekindle their passion for the service industry.

Chef Andre Rush will be doing the rounds at several Washington, D.C. eateries, helping them revise themselves for the better in the latest unscripted culinary show. In the new series, the White House chef searches for restaurateurs who need discipline and can take advantage of his ingenuity to kick-start their ventures.
The program will consist of 10 episodes, with the chef visiting one restaurant in just 48 hours in each episode. The Kitchen Commando team visits a crab-themed eatery that was previously an online hit in the season opener. Gordon Ramsay describes Chef Andre Rush as a personal friend, an exceptional chef who served in the United States military, in the Kitchen Commando trailer. He went on to say that he can assure viewers that “you don’t get much higher than that” in terms of standards.
He claimed:
“He also has the most massive arms I’ve ever seen in the culinary industry.”
The Kitchen Command claims to have “seen some action” in Iraq and served four presidents. He is about to embark on his “toughest job” yet in the new program, rescuing struggling businesses across America. He said in the trailer that “boot camp” is about to begin. Chef Andre Rush makes restauranteurs perform push-ups, offering them tough love and inspiration when needed. Gordon Ramsay said in a press release that he got to spend time with Chef Rush and that his passion for the culinary business and his story inspire every chef.

The celebrity chef and White House veteran is a former master sergeant in the United States Army. He was part of the United States Culinary Arts Team, where he won 150 medals and awards. The “strongest chief” enlisted as a reserve and eventually went on active duty in July 1993, serving with Fort Stewart, 503 Infantry in Casey, Korea, Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
He became joint and vice chief of staff to eight general officers and four army chiefs of staff three years later, until 1999. Rush holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from TUI, an associate’s degree from Culinary Stafford University, and a Hotel Restaurant Management Certificate from Central Texas . He will now appear on Kitchen Commando, which airs on Tubi during Super Bowl LVII at 6:30 PM ET.
