Lily Anne Harrison was born on February 9, 1989 in Los Angeles, California, to actor Gregory Harrison and model Randi Oakes. Lesly Kahn & Company, The Groundlings School of Improv, Ivana Chubbuck Studio, UCLA, and Margie Haber Studio are among the Los Angeles-based institutions where she studied screenplay, acting, and improv comedy.

Peter Facinelli and Lily Anne Harrison initially sparked relationship rumors in September 2016, shortly after he ended his engagement to Jaimie Alexander. The couple was spotted on a date at Studio City’s Pinz Bowling Center.
