Early life
Lauren Shehadi was born Julia Lauren Shehadi on May 23, 1983 in McLean, Fairfox County, Virginia, USA. She and her sister were raised by their parents, Michael and Mary, in one of the most expensive zip codes in the American South. She is an American of Lebanese descent as her grandparents are originally from Lebanon.

Career
Even in college, Lauren was preparing for a life in sports journalism. She hosted the college online sports show called Gatorzone and it served as the foundation of her successful career today. After fulfilling her duties as a host, she also worked as an intern on ‘The Best Damn Sports Show Period’, a sports television show that aired from 2001 to June 30, 2009 on Fox Sports Net.
After college, Lauren went back to the show and stayed there for a while. In 2009, after shipment hundred VHS demo tapes, she was offered a job by Jim Olson as a weekend sports anchor in Minot, North Dakota for KXMC-TV. Private life
Apart from the very rare mentions of her family in her social media accounts, little else is known about her personal life. She keeps everything private. One could only speculate by searching for meaning behind the pictures she shares publicly through her Instagram account. It was rumored that she is already engaged based on the type of rings seen on her ring finger. No one has seen the fiancee and no official press release has been given to the public. Her friends are also silent. Nevertheless, her fans congratulated her. Lauren also said she has a child during a job interview she had with Hoda and Jenna on the “Today Show,” but no other details are being shared with the public.

That is something to idolize for me.’ Her dream project is to have a show that tracks athletes in the off-season. Whether they go back to their hometown, travel abroad or participate in their charities, she wants to show viewers the other side of the athletes.
