On December 27, it was announced that actors Park Hyung-sik and Jeon So-nee would star in the upcoming drama Youth Monthly Talk. The touching historical-romantic story revolves around a crown prince who suffers from a mysterious curse whose roots he does not know, and a clever lady who is accused of murdering her relatives. The man saves the lady from accusation, and the woman in turn saves the man from his dangerous curse. Before it got its current name, Youth Monthly Talk was known as Youth, Climb the Barrier and The Golden Hairpin.

Park Hyung-sik will play Crown Prince Lee-hwan
Park Hyung-sik plays Crown Prince Lee-hwan, who is harsh and lonely. Outwardly he is haughty, quick-tempered and mercurial, but inside he is terribly hurt, lonely and wounded. Fans have also recognized Park Hyung – Sik’s return to historical dramas (Saeguk in Korean) after Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth, in which he co-starred with BTS’ V, Park Seo-joon, Choi Woo-sik, Go Ara and Doe Ji -han.

Park Hyung-sik and The Heirs co-star Park Shin-hye may reconnect.
