Shelby Steven McEntire Blackstock was born in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, on February 23, 1990 – his zodiac sign is Pisces and he is an American national. Shelby is a race car driverbut perhaps best known as the son of Reba McEntire, a famous American songwriter, actress and record producer.
Youth and education
Shelby was raised in Nashville by his mother and his father Narvel Blackstock, but they divorced on October 28, 2015. Shelby has a half-brother Brandon and two half-sisters Chassidy and Shawna from his father’s first marriage.
Shelby became interested in playing soccer while attending grade school, and since his father loved to watch games on TV, Shelby spent much of his free time watching games. He then enrolled in a public high school where he played football for the school’s team, but when he enrolled in a university, he attended Bob Bondurant racing school and eventually dropped out of college to pursue his career as a professional racing driver to put.
Career as a racing driver
Shelby began racing in 2010 and drove a Ford Mustang in 2011 when he competed in the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge, followed by his entry into the Skip Barber National Championship later that year.
In 2012 he drove for Andretti Autosport in the US F2000 National Championship where he completed 14 races. His best score was a fifth-place finish at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, while finishing the championship in eighth with 153 points. In 2013, he finished in 16 races of the Pro Mazda Championship, who won at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park while finishing second three times and finishing the championship in third with 297 points. He again competed in the Pro Mazda Championship in 2014, finishing 4th with 235 points, completing 14 of the 16 races.
In 2015 and 2016, Shelby competed in Indy Lights, finishing 10th (218 points) and 8th (227 points) respectively.
He joined Belardi Auto Racing in 2017 and competed in Indy Lights where they finished 10th with 207 points before moving to Team Pelfrey in 2018.
Love life and relationships
Shelby has been hiding the details of his love life from the media, which is why rumors are circulating on the internet that the popular racing driver is gay, while several of his fans say that they have seen Shelby spending time with a mystery man on several occasions. However, since 2016, Shelby has been seen several times with his girlfriend Marissa Branch from Indianapolis. The two went on their first date on May 14, 2016 and have been together ever since, but they don’t upload pictures of them together on their social media networks, so many think that the two may have broken up.

Reba Nell McEntire was born in McAlester, Oklahoma USA, on March 28, 1955 – her zodiac sign is Aries and she is an American national. She grew up alongside her three siblings, two of whom went on to become singers – their father Clark Vincent McEntire was a world champion mate and their mother Jacqueline wanted to be a singer, but eventually became a primary school teacher.
Reba taught herself to play guitar while attending high school, and after matriculation in 1974, she enrolled at Southeastern Oklahoma State University initially wanted to be a teacher like her mother, before her singing talent was noticed and she was invited to sing the national anthem at the National Finals Rodeo in Oklahoma City.
In 1975 she signed her first contract with Mercury Records, while her debut song was released on January 22, 1976. Her eponymous debut album was released in April of the same year, followed by her second album “Out of a Dream” in 1979. She went on to release many albums before eight people who played with her on these albums died when their charter plane landed on March 16 1991 crashed. She continued to sing and perform just days after the incident, stating that her friends would have wanted her to move on. Her 29th and final album – “Stronger Than the Truth” – was released on April 5, 2019.
Reba began her acting career in 1990, playing Heather Gummer in the monster comedy movie “Tremors”, and then appeared in the Western movie “The Gambler Returns: The Luck of the Draw”, and the comedy drama movie “The Man From Left Field”. She played the lead character Lizzie Brooks in the romantic drama film “Forever Love” in 1998 before starting to appear in theater performances, with one of her most notable performances being in the Broadway revival of the musical “Annie Get Your Gun”.
