Early life and education
Grayson grew up alongside his two sisters Savannah and Lindsie, and his two brothers Chase and Kyle, by their father Todd and their mother Julie Chrisley, who is a housewife.
All family members are very close to each other, and when Julie was diagnosed with breast cancereveryone was there to help her until she officially won the battle against it.
Grayson was only four years old when he got his first “telephone.” Pushed into the world of TV entertainment at a very young age, he started appearing on his father’s TV show “Chrisley Knows Best” at the age of seven and has been a member of the main cast ever since. Grayson recently completed his basic education and is about to enter high school when it opens!
Grayson’s career and his father’s show
Grayson only gained recognition thanks to his father’s reality TV series, which airs on the USA Network and follows his father’s life and work, as well as the lives of the entire Chrisley family. The series was first set in Roswell and Alpharetta in Georgia’s northern Fulton County before moving to Nashville, Tennessee after airing for three seasons.
The show was initially offered to ten networks, nine of which offered to air it – Todd ultimately chose the USA Network and premiered in December 2013, produced by Stephanie Chambers, Jim Sayer and Adam Greener.
After the first season attracted large viewers, most of whom were younger people, the USA Network ordered a 12-episode second season on April 14, 2014. By June 2018, the show had aired 100 episodes and counted six seasons. However, after the seventh season ended, that was revealed Todd and Julie had committed bank fraud, wire fraud and tax evasion, and were sent to prison on August 14, but were soon released after posting $100,000 bail. They continued to work on their show and the eighth season aired on July 9, 2020.
The show has mostly been described as ‘average’ by the critics. Tom Gliatto of People magazine described it this way: “This is the best family reality series since Here Comes Honey Boo Boo or even The Osbournes several centuries ago.” – and this is the best criticism the show has received yet. All the reviews didn’t stop Chrisley Knows Best from winning the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE) Reality Breakthrough Award in the Docusoap category – the show was also nominated for a 22nd Critics’ Choice Award for Best Unstructured Reality Series in 2016.
There have been several spin-offs of the series; the first – “According to Chrisley” – aired on September 12, 2017, and starred Todd about marriage, relationships and parenting – it aired for one season before being canceled due to poor ratings. On October 3, 2017, another spin-off titled “What’s Cooking With Julie Chrisley” was launched and it featured 10 episodes where Julie shared her own recipes. On April 2, 2019, their new spin-off “Growing Up Chrisley” aired, featuring Chase and Savannah traveling from Nashville to Los Angeles to prove to their parents that they are independent enough – the show attracted some attention and was renewed for another a season that began airing on August 6, 2019.

Grayson is still very young to be dating although rumors are circulating on the internet that he may have been in a “relationship” with his elementary school sweetheart as some people have stated that they have seen the two spend time together on multiple occasions but Grayson has I have not commented on this and as of August 2020 he is single.
He is very active physically, and his favorite sport is baseball – he played for his elementary school team and plans to continue playing it in high school.
He loves to travel and has been to different states of the US with his parents such as New York, California and Florida and hopes to visit different European countries one day, no matter which one.
He is an animal lover and would like to have a dog as a pet, but his parents won’t allow it.
