Business knowledge is a multiplier; it’s having the right business information, applied to an employee or partner’s query, when and how they need it. The challenge for most companies is to unlock knowledge from the available information and data. From enterprise search and communication platforms to internal websites and knowledge graphs, companies have tried a wide variety of methods to turn business facts into insights.

What’s different about Pyron’s approach to unlocking business knowledge is the solution’s ability to ingest and vectorize content into collection models, which can be used using natural language.
A full-stack, cloud-based, API-driven solution that easily connects to a company’s infrastructure with a single sign-on provider. From there, it leverages existing repositories, including S3 dollars, ServiceNow, ZenDesk, Confluence, Google Drive, Sharepoint, and more. The content does not need to be reformatted or transformed and the content can continue to be written the way the company currently manages it.
Once a collection is created and referenced to the content sources, it automatically generates the model, which then starts extracting relevant information. Automation and machine learning ensure that the system provides precision in recall, an understanding of context, the best rendering in response to a question, and filters that allow the inquirer to focus on a specific piece of information. Once the knowledge is incorporated, the search for information now becomes a valuable source of customer signals.
The solution can also identify high-quality information by tracking searches and interactions with the system, as well as uncover information gaps, redundancies, conflicts, or outdated content that should have been retired.
